ARAFMI Support Group - Bundaberg

Provides support for carers, their families and friends of people with mental health issues. ARAFMI support group meets twice monthly to help carers cope with their relatives or friends mental health problem. Confidential; sharing similar experiences members of the group develop skills for coping and exchange useful strategies. Arafmi also provides a 24 hour phone support line for carers 1800 351 881 (free call). ARAFMI also delivers 1-2 workshops in Bundaberg each year on issues relating to mental health/carers.
