Blue Care - Bundaberg In home Nursing Care

HACC Eligibility applies. In home nursing care for frail aged and younger persons with a disability. Blue Care provides a range of community based services to assist individuals to remain at home. This includes nursing care at home by a team of community health care professionals, personal care/hygiene, in home respite, CACPS packages, EACH and EACH dementia packages, DVA nursing and personal care, veterans home care, allied health services and stomal therapy.
