The Kolan Community Options Service offers a range of basic support services as an alternative to residential care, thereby assisting to maintain elderly or disabled people in their homes within their community. Flexible services may include: * Domestic assistance; * Day respite care; * Home Maintenance; * Transport; * In home respite; and * Social Support.
