Outreach Services

Primary health clinics in Woodgate and Buxton, held bi-monthly on a Wednesday (dates published at the local venue). Clinics are run by a Clinical Nurse and are by appointment only. Appointments are accepted Monday to Friday, 8am to 3.30pm, up until the Monday prior to the clinic date.
