My name is Terri Woodward. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker from North Lakes. I have been offering therapeutic supports since 2006 and I have specialised knowledge and skills supporting adults (16+) who experience psychosocial disabilities (mental health) and their carers. I’m a registered NDIS and Medicare provider.

Psychosocial and Mental Health assessments/reports. Brief education and interventions (safety planning if needed).

Process: I offer three sessions (duration of 1 hour). In this time, I will complete assessments and brief support (including safety planning if needed). After these sessions I complete a comprehensive report (3 hours).

Location: Morton Bay (North Lakes area). I offer a mobile service and home visits.

Cost: $180 per hour (rebates available).
