Connect to Wellbeing provides a single point of entry to psychological services for people eligible for 'Stepped Care' psychological therapies. It offers intake, assessment, triage and referral to the right service at the right time. A referral is required from a GP to access stepped care psychological services, but Connect to Wellbeing can help accessing other community services as needed.
