About Us
Cooktown District Community Centre services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL.
Our vision is strong communities in South East Cape York, where people are happy, healthy, safe and supported to be able to achieve their aspirations and potential.
We aim to provide supports that build the capacity of our communities to respond to the needs of people of all ages within them.

Youth AOD Support
We can help with
- Targeted support for young people 12-24 years
