Department of Child Safety, Disability Services and Seniors, Child Safety and Disability Services – Companion Card - Brisbane

For those who have a significant lifelong need for attendant care support in order to attend activities and venues in their community. Card holders must present their card at the time of ticket purchase and they will be presented with a second ticket for their companion. Must be an Australian resident living in Queensland; and 1. Have a disability; 2. Because of the impact of the disability, be unable to participate at most community venues or activities without attendant support, and 3. Need, or have a likely need, for lifelong attendant support.
