Fraser Coast Multicultural Respite Service - Social Support, in home respite and day respite for people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Provides Centre Based Respite and Social Support to frail aged or younger people with disabilities and their carer from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. The Fraser Coast Multicultural Respite Service is designed to provide Respite Care, Centre Based Respite and Social Support to frail aged or younger people with disabilities and their carer from CALD backgrounds Eligibility based on My Aged Care (MAC) assessment.
