Providing safe, confidential, affordable and effective counselling for women in the Gladstone region. We have a number of professional counselors available to provide individual counselling to women over the age of 15.

What is Counselling?

Counselling provides a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment for you to discuss your emotions, feelings, needs and experiences, as well as exploring your strengths and abilities.

Can Counselling Help?

Sometimes you need to talk to someone about your problems. Past or present experiences might be making you unhappy, you could be concerned about your emotional wellbeing, or you might need help with a specific problem such as abuse.

All of our counsellors are qualified, professionally supervised and belong to a professional body. However, not every counsellor will be right for you and we are happy to provide alternative arrangements or refer you to a more appropriate service.

Sessions are by appointment and free of charge. Please try to give us at least one working day for cancellations.
