Volunteering Gold Coast

Our Support Coordinators will collaborate with you to understand your NDIS plan and connect you to mainstream opportunities, limiting the spend from your NDIS plan. That way you optimise the use of your funding to achieve the best outcomes for you.  

We focus on supporting people to access mainstream opportunities which meet their goals and aspirations, and support people to build their capacity while undertaking activities which align with their skills and interests.

Volunteer opportunities are available every weekend of the summer patrol season. VGC provide the volunteers to support some of  the Gold Coast beaches to be accessible for everybody. Accessible beach mats and beach friendly wheelchairs are available at participating surf clubs, designed to assist people to reach the waters edge.
