Champion Mentors

Champion Mentors provides disability support work for people from the age of 12 to 65. Champion Mentors’ point of difference is providing a team of youthful, passionate mentors who bond with clients, and can be someone for them to talk to and enjoy special interests and activities with. We also provide group activities and events aimed at building social skills and getting active. It is of the up most importance to Champion Mentors, that all mentors can provide such a service at a high standard.

Some of the services we offer:

·         Pick up and drop of services

·         House visits

·         Overnight stays

·         Group events

·         Activities planning/coordinating

·         Providing participant progress reports for NDIS

·         Skill development

·         Adventure therapy
