Gympie Community Health Evolve Therapeutic Service

The Evolve Therapeutic Service is a specialist service within Queensland Health that supports children and young people in the care of the Department of Communities (Child Safety Services) who have extreme and complex emotional and behavioural problems as well as their support network. Referrals to the Evolve Therapeutic Service are through a young person's child safety officer. The child safety officer works for the Department of Communities and can refer the child or young person to the Evolve Inter-agency Panel.
