OUR SERVICES INCLUDE: Comprehensive Assessment Nursing Care 24 hours/day (Assistance with ADLs) Health Management Palliative Care Medication Management Wound Management Continence Management Pain Management Dementia Care Carer Support Allied Health Services (Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Dietician, Speech Pathology) Catering, Cleaning and Laundry Services Social and Recreational Programmes Pastoral Care and Support These services are flexible and staffed by a team of professional nursing, personal care and therapy staff who encourage a caring and friendly environment. Care is provided to all residents with dignity and respect. The level of care required by each resident will be assessed prior to entry and then closely monitored on an on-going basis. Our focus is on individual care to provide the best lifestyle and health outcomes for each resident.. Resident activities are organized by a team of Diversional Therapists to enhance residents’ lifestyle and assist them to maintain social and recreational activities. Residents from ethnic backgrounds are supported to maintain and continue their cultural beliefs and practices while living at Canossa. Our Chapel enables residents the opportunity to continue their worship and religious commitments if they choose to do so.
