About Us
IRASI provides information, advice, advocacy and referral in relation to:
- Tenants under Queensland rental laws through the QSTARS program administered by Tenants Queensland
- Rights and responsibilities as a tenant under law
- Processes and procedures around disputes resolution and accessing the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal
- People with a mental health issue under the Individual Advocacy Program for Mental Health through Queensland Health
- Access and support in Queensland Civil and Administrative and Mental Health Review Tribunals
- Access and support around NDIS issues
- People who are homeless and impacted by complex factors through Ipswich Case Coordination Group

- IRASI as lead agency of a voluntary collaborative of specialist community agencies
- IRASI as administrator of Ipswich City Council-funded 'Street to Services' initiative (July - September 2022)
