Diabetes Clinic - Browns Plains

We are part of Logan Chronic Disease team. The Diabetes Educators work out of multiple Community Health Centres and Hospitals, including Logan Central, Beenleigh, Browns Plains, Logan Hospital and Beaudesert Hospital. We also work closely with the multidisciplinary team within Chronic Disease, and can refer clients to dietitian, psychologist, social worker, physio, and indigenous health worker.
