About Us

Security Calls are made at a set time each day (usually morning), anywhere between one and seven times a week depending on the clients circumstances. If a client does not answer their call within 30 minutes of the agreed time, a security process will be activated. This process includes phoning the clients listed contacts, GP, local hopsitals, and finally local police requesting a welfare check. The main aim of a security call is to ensure clients are safe and well.
