About Us
Step back in time and visit historic Mayes Cottage, a reminder of Queensland's pioneering age. The cottage was built in 1887 and is virtually unchanged. Enjoy the calm and relaxing atmosphere with a picnic or share a yarn on the veranda with our friendly voluntary guides. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience a unique part of Logan's heritage.Touring the Mayes Cottage House Museum is free and open to everyone. The opening hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10.30 am to 4 pm.
