Each and every person we support has their own needs and unique aspirations for the future. At the heart of our approach, we empower people to develop their own personal recovery plans that reflect their vision for the future and the goals they wish to pursue with our support. These plans integrate our recovery-oriented model of practice with leading evidence-based recovery tools.
Our range of programs and services recognise and reflect the personalised nature of the support we provide:
Family and natural supports
We acknowledge the significant role of, and work with, families and natural supports.
We provide support to assist people make new friends and connect with work, education and leisure opportunities.
We provide emotional support to assist people build on their own strengths.
Recovery day programs
We provide activity based recovery programs in partnership with consumers.
We help people to set up a new house or flat and/or find employment, supporting them with the tools and confidence to live independently in their own homes.
We offer assistance with everyday tasks such as shopping, banking and attending doctor’s appointments.
We provide support to people in the criminal justice system.
We provide a residential recovery program for young adults where a sharing community milieu helps develop life skills and confidence to live independently.
Collaboration and partnerships
We work with public, private and community agencies to ensure that the people we support are linked with the resources they need.
