Kingston East Community Centre offers a Family Support Program providing emotional support to families in crisis situations. Family Support Workers provide ongoing help. Immediate Supported Accommodation  (ISA) offers short to medium term supported accommodation for families. Other services offered by the Centre:  Emergency relief,  Counselling, limited hours child care, parenting and personal development courses, information and referral, Tai Chi, Yoga and Craft. HUB - Early intervention & prevention for planning of community services to address health, education, social & family support Communities for Children - "Before we Begin" program is an ante-natal & post-natal initiative to support the best start in life from pregnancy & through the first years of life. Moving Forward - Training provided in Child & Aged Care for unemployed parents/carers. Skilling Queensland - Targets long-term unemployed people with a disability, indigenous people, older job seekers, youth & people from Culturally & Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities. Hopes - Group & community program for children/young people who have experienced sexual abuse.
