Wesley Mission Queensland - Specialist Youth Housing Service

We support young people and young families aged 16-25 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to gain and sustain accommodation through case management support. We also have capacity to support young women and young families in the Brisbane south-west region with mobile case management support, specifically in Inala and neighbouring suburbs. The Specialist Youth Housing Service (SYHS), also provides transitional supported accommodation to young people, young couples and young families at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
