About Us

Our programs are designed to assist older people to maintain independence while remaining at home for as long as possible. Some of our centres offer practical assistance and allied health through our Home and Community Care (HACC) programs. Other centres offer Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs), Extended Aged Care at Home Packages (EACH) and EACH-Dementia Specific Packages, with customised care depending on your own individual needs.
