Mackay Alcohol & Other Drugs Service (AODS)

The Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (AODS) provides evidence based AOD treatments and interventions to people of all ages, delivered by a team of health professionals for clients with alcohol and drug dependence.

The service also provides information and support to families and significant others of those experiencing difficulties related to substance abuse.

How to access this service:

People can refer them self, or can be referred by family members or friends, GPs and health professionals or other government or non-government services. The service is a voluntary and is free and confidential.
