About Us
The Mackay Regional Community Legal Centre Inc. provides a free legal service for the benefit of the most disadvantaged within the Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday regions. The MRCLC provides legal advice, information, community legal education, referrals and may draft court documents and provide ongoing assistance in limited circumstances.
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm. Legal advice evening appointments are available on the first Wednesday and third Tuesday of each month.
Areas of advice include family law, domestic violence, residential tenancy, neighbourhood disputes, consumer disputes, debt, Mental Health Review Tribunal orders and employment.
We do not provide advice on criminal law, personal injuries, conveyancing or commercial matters.
