MYSS offers counselling, mediation and support for young people aged 10 - 18 years and their families. Parents/carers can attend a FREE 8 week parenting program called 'Who's in Charge', which is designed to assist parents who are dealing with problematic teenage behaviour.  MYSS is aware of the problems that families and young people face in everyday life.  Most teenagers & families will experience conflict at some time.  However there is a difference between normal family conflict and what is considered to be Adolescent to Parent abuse.  The Who's in Charge Program seeks to help parents understand this behaviour and find strategies that effectively deal with problematic issues within their family.  We also offer FREE counselling & support to parents/carers and teens.  Issues may involve school refusal, bullying, relationship and family issues.
