About Us

Disability Services
Our disability services provide community respite and support for people with a disability and their families. We respect client choices and work closely with clients and families to develop programs that support their lifestyle.

Our disability services may include:

  • community access
  • in-home respite, school holiday camps and activities
  • emergency respite
  • social clubs
  • drop in centres
  • a transition program to assist the move from school to adult life
  • personal care and independent living.

Housing Modifications:

 

We provide basic assessments on housing modifications to suit people with a disability, and can refer clients to more specialised services as necessary.
Disability equipment

We are able to access, prescribe and support the use of a range of specialised equipment for people with a disability.
