The Communities for Children program was created in response to a recognised need for prevention and early intervention efforts to achieve positive outcomes for disadvantaged communities throughout Australia.
Since 2008, this program has been funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Social Services.

Our efforts also serve to build the capacity of the local service system to effect greater change over time.
yourtown works with and funds Community Partners to provide direct services for children and their families.
