Relationship Assistance and Family Therapy Service

RAaFts has been developed to meet the needs of families in the Caboolture/Morayfield Area. Provide support to : * Families including financial support, parenting support and daily household living skills. * Expand children, young people and families wider support networks. * Develop strong healthy relationships within the family unit. * Address issues of family violence, child abuse, behavioural problems and relationship issues They offer: A confidential service, Counselling, In home support (as appropriate), Groups tailored to meet community needs, Case planning meetings with families and other agencies, and Behaviour management support. An Intake an Assessment procedure is required when refering to Raafts. Please contact the office for the avalilable forms.
