Mental Health Services
ATAPS forms part of the Better Outcomes in Mental Health Care (BOIMHC) Program providing access to short term psychological services at no cost.
- Eligible patients can receive up to 18 sessions per calendar year – 3 referrals of 6 sessions where clinically appropriate.
- Suicide prevention referrals receive up to 18 sessions in a 2 month timeframe.
- Access to Allied Psychological Services (ATAPS) enables General Practitioners to refer consumers to ATAPS Mental Health Professionals who deliver focussed psychological services.
- Mental health professionals include psychologists, social workers, mental health nurses, occupational therapists and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workers with specific mental health qualifications.
Health Reimagined facilitate and deliver the ATAPS Program on behalf of the Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) in the following areas - Cairns | Cassowary Coast | Atherton Tablelands | Douglas | Torres & Cape York Regions.

The cloud based electronic platform enables processing of the patient referral from receipt of referral through to triage and allocation creating a central processing point

The time saving features, modern look, in-built collaboration tools and the ability to access the system from anywhere will assist your organisation to create and communicate faster. The platform was designed and developed specifically to increase efficiency of management, facilitation and delivery of the ATAPS Program. HealthE Platform is a proven platform with an extremely high operating success rate.
Education - Health Reimagined specialise in workforce development, education, training facilitation and delivery. Health Reimagined also provide up to date resources and tools online to support health professionals, program partners, communities and other stakeholders to easily navigate health services and referral pathways. Health Reimagined specialise in program marketing and promotion to ensure community members are aware of the health services and resources available and referral pathways to improve health and wellbeing.
