Lives Lived Well - Rockhampton

Lives Lived Well in Rockhampton is a free and professional counselling service for anyone seeking support or concerned about their alcohol and other drug (AOD) use.

Adult Alcohol and other Drug Supports

Lived Well’s AOD service can support adults (25yrs +) with 4-6 counselling sessions, free of charge in Rockhampton, with outreach offered to Yeppoon weekly and phone or virtual appointments provided as required. Support is provided by experienced counsellors in a confidential environment. This service takes a harm minimisation approach focusing on safety for those accessing the support.

Youth Alcohol and other Drug Support Service

Lives Lived Well’s Youth Support Service provides assistance to young people aged 12 – 25 years in the Rockhampton and wider region (also covering Yeppoon, Gracemere and Mount Morgan) who are being impacted by issues relating to alcohol and/or drug use. The support provided is confidential, flexible and tailored to the goals of the young person accessing the service. Appointments are free and can be arranged via phone, virtually or in person at Lives Lived's Well office in Alma St Rockhampton. The Youth AOD Team at Lives Lived Well have a focus on providing a safe space for young people to talk.

Anyone can refer a young person with their consent. Young people can also self-refer or be referred by a family member using below details.
