About Us

The Dispute Resolution Centre's Mediation and Facilitation Service, is useful in resolving disputes in a wide range of conflict situations eg. between neighbours, housemates, families and separating couples. Workplace disputes, disputes concerning commercial and tenancy matters, trades people and money lent and owed are also resolvable through mediation. Environment and development issues may be addressed through a facilitation process. Mediation is available during and outside business hours and, in most cases, is free of charge. All matters brought to the Dispute Resolution Centre remain confidential.
