Exercise classes, hydrotherapy and podiatry

Beaucare offers a Fun, Friends and Fitness class which runs from the Kooralbyn Community Hall on a Tuesday and Thursday from 10-12. It is a great way to enjoy gentle exercises with a qualified fitness trainer and meet and establish new friends. Morning tea is provided and the cost is $5 per class. Transport can be arranged for clients living in the Beaudesert area for an additional fee of $5. Hydrotherapy sessions are available on a Tuesday once a fortnight out at the Boonah Hydrotherapy pool with a qualified instructor. Transport can be arranged for a small fee. A local podiatrist comes to to the Ken Moran Life Centre once a month on a Monday or alternatively a home visit can be arranged.
