About Us
Programs conducted by Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre Inc include Family Support Program,Community Development Program and ONEROOF. KEIHS (Keys to Early Intervention in Homelessness Service) also operates from the Centre. The Centre has a community kitchen for group use and for hire. Free Tax Help for low income earners is held each year from July to October. Cotton Tree Playgroup is held each Mondays from 9.30am to 12 noon. Women’s Friendship Group, Yoga and many other community groups meet at the Centre. Rooms for hire each weekday, evening and weekend.

“To provide benevolent relief to disadvantaged members of the community, specifically in the Maroochydore area and surrounds, including those experiencing poverty, distress, homelessness, disability, drug or alcohol adiction, domestic or family violence, sickness or mental health concerns, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and Cultural and Linguistic Diverse Backgrounds.” Membership of the Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre is open to everyone in the community. We are often seeking volunteers to assist with our programs and services.
