Equity Works is a disability support organisation based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. We deliver a broad range of services to people with disability and their families.   Equity Works is a not for profit, registered charity with a small, dedicated management team supported and supervised by a board of management. Our board of management comprises community members, including people with a lived experience, with a demonstrated commitment to the Equity Works Mission - A community of inclusion with full participation by people with disability. In addition to the work we do with individuals, Equity Works actively collaborates with other community organisations, businesses, families and individuals to deliver outcomes that contribute to an inclusive and vibrant Sunshine Coast community.

Our goal is to match you with staff who have skills, talents and personal qualities that are complimentary to your needs. 

Our services include assisting people to engage in social and community participation, supported independent living, short term accommodation and the development of small group activities for people with shared interests. We have a team of 70 Lifestyle Facilitators who provide direct supports in accordance with a human rights framework with an aim of assisting people we support to enjoy the best that life on the Sunshine Coast can offer.

We can also assist with Support Coordination and Plan Management.  Our Support Coordination and Plan Management services have a capacity limit and waiting lists may apply.
