Tableland Community Housing Association

Tableland Community Housing is a not-for-profit social housing provider of safe, affordable and appropriate housing for eligible high need applicants including people with a disability, the aged, struggling families, young people, migrants, women escaping domestic violence and households experiencing discrimination in the private rental market due to language, sexuality, gender or culture.  Rent is based on the household income and tenants pay 25% income as rent plus rent assistance.
