About Us

Housing Support Services - HSS, aims to deliver a quality, culturally-apropriate and holistic service to asist and support people to maintain their tenancies. 
 
The Housing Support Worker can:
  • Provide a flexible service though home-visits or through our office
  • offer case management and advocacy
  • Our priority groups are:
    • people at risk of losing their tnancy and require support to maintain their tenancies
    • assisitng people who find it difficult to access mainstream services
    • Our clients are referred via many different avenues including self-referrals, family or friends and other agencies.
    Referrals to HSS can be made by contacting us by phone, dropping in to see us or by filling in our Referral Form.
    When referred we will assist you with creating budgets and maintaining the tenancy by providing you with advice and support.
