About Us

The Townsville Committee on the Ageing is an independent not for profit organisation that exists to protect and promote the interests and well being of all seniors in the Townsville region. One initiative of the Townsville Committee on the Ageing is the Townsville Region Grandparenting Support Group Coordinating Council. This council provides support to grandparents who are caring full or part time for their grandchildren or are denied access to their grandchildren.
