Arm to Palm Upper Limb Clinic is an occupational therapy private practice based in Townsville. Both Amanda Thompson and Vicki Strelan are members of the Australian Hand Therapy Association. Offering many years of hand and upper limb experience and a high care factor in helping you to do, be and become better.

Conditions we treat

We care for your shoulder, neck, elbow, wrist, hand, fingers and thumb.

FRACTURES/CRUSH INJURIES

Including crush injuries, fractures & dislocations.

LIGAMENT INJURIES

Including collateral ligaments, scapholunate and triangulo-fibro-cartilage complex.

TENDON REPAIRS

Post-operative hand and upper limb therapy for tendon repairs including flexors, extensors and rotator cuff.

OVERUSE INJURIES

Including tendinosis (formerly known as tendonitis), DeQuervain’s, trigger digit and Epicondylosis (aka Tennis Elbow and Golfer’s elbow).

SOFT TISSUE CONDITIONS

Includes trigger digit and Dupuytren’s contracture, rotator cuff, bursitis/impingement and adhesive capsulitis (aka frozen shoulder).

NERVE INJURIES

We treat nerve conditions that recover without surgery. Includes carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, radial nerve palsy and thoracic outlet syndrome. We also offer post-operative care if surgery is needed for the nerve.
