Breakfree Psychology Services is a specialist psychology private practice providing clinical psychology for the treatment of all relationship related issues, via couples therapy, and also for all issues related to emotional dysregulation and interpersonal sensitivity difficulties, via individual therapy.

We are located in Townsville, Queensland, and are the only practice in North Queensland able to provide psychologists and mental health clinicians with a high level of training in Gottman Couples Therapy and Schema Therapy. We provide services to couples who desire a well researched and effective approach to couples therapy or individuals who require specialised help to solve lifetime struggles and who have typically found traditional forms of therapy unhelpful.

Services are available for local and interstate couples and individuals as most services can be offered via online video conferencing.
