North Queensland Women's Legal Service - Townsville

NQWLS is a community based legal service operated by women, for women residing in North Queensland. The service offers assistance in areas of law which primarily affect women including family law, domestic violence and child protection. Outreach services are provided in many of the communities outside both Townsville and Cairns. Office Hours  are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Telephone Advice Times- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9:00am to 1:00pm - call 1800 244 504. Advice provided by appointment in Townsville an Cairns. Advice Clinics also provided as Outreach Services to Charters Towers, Ayr, Ingham, Atherton, Mareeba, Innisfail, Mossman, Port Douglas.
