Family Health

We are an Aboriginal Health Worker led team, providing culturally centered maternal, child and family health services and support programs to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families in the North West and Lower Gulf Regions of Queensland.

Our Services are available in Mount Isa, Doomadgee and Mornington Island.

Family Health use a holistic child health assessment to support our families on their health and cultural journey. We aim to track a child’s health and development, so that every child in the Gidgee Family gets the support they need.

We can support and track families from pregnancy through to 16 years.
