BALLARAT BREAST CANCER SUPPORT GROUP
About Us
Individual service to inpatients and outpatients of Ballarat Health Services who are diagnosed with breast cancer. Counselling, information & education, exercises and prostheses. On going service. Patients can also be referred to the Breast Cancer Support Group run by Ballarat Community Health Centre.
On call
Open: 8am - 4pm, Mon - Thurs & 8am - 12pm, Fri.
Referral: Self, GP, surgeon, BCN
