Services provided: 

• Breast screening
• Follow-up tests, if necessary

Eligible population includes women and trans and gender diverse (TGD) people who are:

• asymptomatic
• age 50-74
• Patients aged 40-49 or 75+ are eligible for screening but should discuss their individual risk factors with their doctor first

Cost: Free Service

Location: Clinical Services Campus, Bendigo Health, Stewart Street BENDIGO (use Stewart Street Entry 2).  

Procedures: Mammography screening (ie non diagnostic service - for clients without symptoms)

Referral: Not required

For some clients, there is a link between family history and breast cancer.  We have made some changes to the way we collect information about your family history of breast and ovarian cancer so we can provide you with better care.
