About Us

First Wednesday every month (Excluding January). 6.30pm for meeting. (Club rooms open from 10am on the day for workshop with a break for shared tea). Over the years the club facilities have grown with cabochon cutting machinery, faceting machine for club use, silver smithing, silver casting, slab rock cutting and copper enameling with equipment for members to enjoy a variety of facets of the hobby. Club membership has fluctuated over time and currently has 28 members for 2022.  Hobby group for people interested in lapidary. Workshops & field trips. Workshops, Wed 10.30 am. For those with an interest in gem stones, rocks & minerals, & silver-smithing.

Cost: Initial joining Fee - $3 Single, $5 Family

Adult membership (Financial year) $27 Adults, $7.50 Juniors

Workshops - $4 per attendance 

Clubrooms & Lapidary Equipment for Gemcutting and Silver Smithing

Open: Every Wed 10.00 am - 4.00 pm, first Saturday of the Month 10am - 4.00pm

Meetings: AGM Month - August Meetings held 6.30pm, 1st Wednesday of month (except Jan) at Old Police Station, 24 Roberts Ave, Horsham. AGM first Wednesday in August - 6.30pm.
