The FICS is a free and confidential service providing impartial advice and decisions to all individuals residing within Australia. The service draws on the professional knowledge of staff who have gained many years practical experience in the financial industry.
All the costs of operating the Financial Industry Complaints Service are fully paid for by the members. Being funded in this way means the expense of running the service doesn't cost Australian taxpayers any money, nor will individuals be charged anything for using the service.
