About Us
* Access to the victims services system through the statewide Helpline * Helpline staff offer information, advice and referrals to assist victims of crime in the state of Victoria * Information about legal services and financial assistance for victims of crime in the state of Victoria * Short-term counselling for victims of crime who are eligible via referral to local services. * The VSA funds a network of Victim Assistance and Counselling Programs throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria. These programs provide services to victims of crime both in person and by telephone * Outreach services, practical support, court support are all provided by VACP workers in response to individual needs.
