COMMUNITY HEALTH OUTREACH SERVICE: Services include: Dietitian; Counsellors; Financial Counselling; Podiatrist; Speech Pathologist, and Community Health Nurse. Visiting services: Alcohol & Drug worker, Ballarat Community Health Centre, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday, Thursday & Friday; Ballarat CASA, 9am - 5pm, Tuesday; Physiotherapist from Dept of Human Services, Specialist Childrens Services, 1 day per month. Other co-located services include CRS Australia, Grampians Regional Parent Resource Service, MBM/Matchworks employment services, Moorabool Care, and the Aged and Disability Services of the Shire of Moorabool. Backdoor Youth Health Service, 3pm - 5pm, Wednesdays. Backdoor Youth Health Service: information, referral, counselling, pregnancy testing, sexual health & contraception - 3pm - 5pm, Wednesdays.
