Recreation and Leisure for Fun

Recreation and Leisure for Fun or ‘RALFF’ is a recreation group for younger adults with intellectual disability, providing the opportunity to socialise, form friendships and increase confidence and social skills, while taking part in age appropriate leisure activities. Who: Younger adults aged between 13 – 35 years with an intellectual disability When: Saturday from 1pm – 6pm with each participant offered one session per month
