STAWELL RIFLE CLUB INC

The Stawell Rifle Range at 61 London Road Stawell has six target frames and mounds every 100 yards from 300yards back to 1200 yards. The Club has 3 Shotmarker electronic targets which can be used for distances from 300 yards to 1200 yards .

The Club supports Target Rifle and F-Class Standard shooting disciplines in its weekly matches and pennant competition, with both 7.62 and 5.56 calibers being permitted.  Competitions take place at distances from 300 yards to 1000 yards.  In May of each year the Club holds its 2-day prize meeting for Target Rifle, F-Class Standard , F-Class Open and  F/TR

The Club also actively supports Match Rifle competitions, regularly hosting Team practices and the Long-Range prize meeting with shooting from 1000 to 1200 yards.

The Club also actively supports Small Bore and air rifle shooting in its weekly competitions on a Thursday night and caters for both indoor an outdoor ranges. Up to 20 metres indoor and 90 metres outdoor.

The Range  disciplines also include the Stawell Pistol Club which operates from the outdoor 90 metre facility .
