About Us

A Statewide, non-profit organisation which provides a range of support, recovery and educational services to people with:
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Social Anxiety Disorder
- Panic Disorder
- Agoraphobia
- Generalised Anxiety Disorder
- Phobias
- Trichotillomania
- Body Dysmorphic Disorder
- Hoarding
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

* ARCVIC also provides support services to families and carers, and educational resources to professionals and mental health care agencies
* Regular support group meetings include - Ascot Vale, Bentleigh, Boronia, Eltham, Hawthorn, Hillside, Frankston, Lilydale, Templestowe, Surrey Hills, Werribee, Traralgon, Mt Beauty, Carlton and Footscray
* Specific support groups for OCD, Hoarding, Social Anxiety, Trichotillomania, Mindfulness, Women's Childhood Trauma, Multicultural, Wellbeing, and LGBTIQ +
* Telephone Support, information and referral service - OCD and Anxiety Helpline
* Library and educational materials (by appointment)
* Community education - Seminars and Workshops
* Recovery Programs - group programs combining education, skills, therapy and support.
* Professional education, training and consultation
